Sabina Arevalo offers a variety of classes and services that share a common theme: they all help human beings to come more fully into our power. Sabina teaches women and man to hear and trust the voice of intuition and to activate the potential of the human body. Sabina communicates these lessons through practical workshops in pregnancy and birth preparation, instinctive parenting, baby-wearing for children of all sizes, dancing for health and sexuality, massage, body work and compassionate communication. Sabina also provides personal services as a healer and as a childbirth doula.

Firmness and gentleness Real firmness is always genteel. Real gentleness is always firm. When we are present, we naturally manifest firmness and gentleness simultaneously.

Natural rhythm In the natural rhythm of life energy there is no hurry and no pause.

Full participation The most natural way of moving and living is with full participation. full participation is  possible when body mind, and feelings are united in a common aim.

Acceptance the atmosphere of nojugdgent gives us a taste os acceptance of our self as we are in the moment. When we come to the present, we are free from judgement.

Gentleness when we let go of assumptions of separation, gentleness comes naturally.

Single moment /single activity Each moment is new, fresh and totally alive, Each moment is an expression of our true nature, completed by it self.

Mutual support The more our Being participates, the more we are able to support life and recognize that Existence supports us. Giving and receiving support take place simultaneously.

Body conformable When we look at the body not as something separate but as an aspect of a unified whole, there us no place for discomfort.

Intuition everything we need to know is within us moment by moment as life unfolds it self.
