Sabina Arevalo offers a variety of classes and services that share a common theme: they all help women to come more fully into our power as women. Sabina teaches women to hear and trust the voice of intuition and to activate the potential of the female body. Sabina communicates these lessons through practical workshops in pregnancy and birth preparation, natural parenting, baby-wearing for children of all sizes, and dancing for health and sexuality. I am now offering a greater variety of classes.  A new set of classes will focus on women’s sexuality, and helping women who face different kinds of issues to heal and activate their sexual power.  I am also continuing to offer baby-wearing classes for the mothers of newborns, older babies, and toddlers/ young children.  The baby-wearing classes will now explicitly incorporate principles of natural parenting, so that it is not necessary for those with an interest in both to take separate classes.  The details of all of these new classes are described below.  In addition, I am now offering my services as a doula for pre-natal care, post-natal care and childbirth.  Details of this service will be posted to my website this month.
